Each one of Andronyk’s pieces incorporates strong geometric form, dynamically melded with the organic. Textured surfaces, dramatic angles and shapes that animate a futuristic aesthetic are all part of what makes her pieces so appealing. Andronyk’s exploration of the “Uncanny Valley” has impacted her work directly as it weds sophistication and sci-fi.
Completing her studies at Vancouver Metal Arts School under the tutelage of German Master Gerold Mueller, she combines traditional European goldsmithing techniques with her own unique vision of design.
Surrounded by the vast Canadian prairies, Ms. Andronyk currently works in her studio located in the picturesque setting of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan.
